Cancellation terms may vary depending on the property, booking dates, length of stay, season, promotional rate, and booking platform used. Guests should review the cancellation details shown during checkout before confirming a reservation.
For direct booking inquiries, cancellation eligibility and refund amounts will be based on the reservation agreement, payment schedule, and written confirmation provided at the time of booking.
If you book through a third-party platform such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, or another travel marketplace, the cancellation policy displayed on that platform may control your reservation. Refunds and changes may need to be handled through the platform where the booking was made.
Refunds for cleaning fees, taxes, and other charges may depend on the timing of the cancellation and the rules of the booking channel. Some fees may be non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed or once a stay has begun.
Florida weather, flight delays, road closures, personal schedule changes, and beach conditions do not automatically qualify for a refund unless required by the applicable booking policy or law. Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance for unexpected disruptions.
Guests who arrive late, leave early, or do not arrive for their reservation may not be eligible for a refund for unused nights. Please contact us as soon as possible if your travel plans change.
Date changes, guest count changes, or property changes may be treated as a modification request and are subject to availability, pricing differences, platform rules, and written approval.
To request a cancellation, contact us or use the booking platform where your reservation was made. Please include your name, reservation dates, property name, and booking confirmation details so we can review the request accurately.
